Most DSPs are up and running within a day. Importing your driver roster and vehicles takes about 30 minutes, and drivers just install the mobile app and sign in.

Absolutely. Drivers get a native mobile app for schedules, documents, banking details, announcements, and two-way messaging with the office.

DSP GO builds payroll-grade hours and reports from your actual schedule and produces clean CSV exports for your payroll provider. Provincial payroll rules are covered for all 10 Canadian provinces.

On the roadmap: a weekly planning view, coaching and training assignments, enhanced incident management, and geofencing with live tracking. The optional AI Assist add-on brings AI-powered features across the platform when it ships.

Yes. Your first month is free with the entire platform included: no tiers, nothing held back. After the free month, you lock in a monthly or annual plan.

Because your first month is completely free, you can prove out the platform before paying anything, so paid fees are non-refundable. Monthly plans can be cancelled ahead of any renewal. Annual commitments run their 12-month term, or can be ended early for $5 CAD per seat for each remaining month.

You license DSP GO by the seat at $9.99 CAD per user per month, the same model as Microsoft 365. A licensed user is any enabled account: driver, dispatcher, or manager. Licenses are reassignable when someone leaves, and seats added mid-cycle are always prorated.

No hidden fees, ever. Every feature is in the one base plan. The only optional extra is the AI Assist add-on at $3.99 CAD per user per month.

Yes. An annual commitment is 20% off every month of the year: $7.99 CAD per user instead of $9.99. You can also mix annual and monthly seats: keep your core roster on annual and add month-to-month seats for seasonal peaks. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

No. Every DSP runs in its own dedicated environment with its own isolated database; your data is never commingled with another DSP’s.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, authentication is handled by AWS Cognito, and documents are stored in access-controlled cloud storage with presigned, expiring links.

Only authorized members of your team, controlled by role-based access, so each person sees exactly what their role needs. DSP GO staff only access data for support purposes with your permission.

Never. Your data belongs to you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing our service to you.

Your data is stored in North America and handled under PIPEDA and provincial privacy law, encrypted in transit and at rest, with regular backups and disaster recovery procedures in place.

Every plan includes email and phone support (Mon–Fri, 6am–6pm MDT) plus onboarding help. There are no support tiers because there are no plan tiers.

Yes. We provide onboarding training for all customers, covering admin workflows, the driver app, and best practices for your specific operation.
