All prices in CAD, licensed by assigned seats. Licenses are reassignable: when a driver leaves, hand the seat to a new hire at no extra charge. Seats added mid-cycle are always prorated, and you can mix annual and monthly seats to cover seasonal demand.

A licensed user is any account you have assigned a seat to and left enabled: driver, dispatcher, or manager. You are billed on your count of assigned licenses, not on who happens to log in. Licenses are reassignable: when a driver leaves, deactivate them and hand that same license to a new hire at no extra charge.

After your free month you lock in how you pay: month to month at the standard rate (adjust your seat count every billing cycle) or an annual commitment (20% off, billed monthly across the 12-month term). Your data carries straight over from the trial.

Your first month is completely free, so you can prove out the platform on your own operation before paying anything. Because of that, paid fees are non-refundable. Monthly plans can be cancelled ahead of any renewal; annual commitments run their 12-month term unless ended early (see below).

Yes. Annual commitments can be ended early for a flat fee of $5 CAD per seat for each month remaining on the term. For example, a 10-seat plan with 4 months left costs $200 to end early; after that, nothing further is billed.

No. Every feature (hiring, scheduling, payroll reporting, vehicles, compliance, the driver app) is in the one base plan at $9.99 CAD per user per month. The only optional extra is the AI Assist add-on at $3.99 per user, available once AI ships.

Yes. Lock your core roster into annual seats at 20% off and add month-to-month seats on top for seasonal peaks. Each seat is billed at its own rate, and monthly seats can be dropped when the season ends, perfect for Q4 surge.

Yes, and additions are always prorated. Add a license mid-month and you only pay for the days left in that billing cycle. On an annual term, a seat added mid-year is prorated for the months remaining, then renews with the rest on your anniversary date.

Promotional discounts apply to the base plan only. AI Assist is billed flat at $3.99 per user per month at its standard rate, and it stays optional; you can run the full platform without it.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Unlike US-priced competitors, you are not exposed to the exchange rate on every invoice.
